Dear Park City,
Park City summers are spectacular and this one has been no exception. The weather has been fabulous and the town has been very active with lots of sports activities, arts festivals, dining on Main Street, parades and site seeing. The real estate market has been very strong as well. There continues to be strong demand for all price ranges and all areas. Average prices continue to increase and inventory continues to diminish. In spite of this there is still a lot of inventory in higher price ranges but under $1,500,000 there is a shortage of inventory. This has been fairly constant for the past 6 quarters.
Deer Vista is going strong. There are currently 6 new homes under construction and 5 in planning. Two homes have just been completed. We have had a great summer and look forward to a very active fall season. Please visit our web site at www.deervista.com
