The Venue
You’ll have no trouble settling in and comfortably enjoying a night at the Eccles Center. With 1200+ seats the Eccles Center is Park City’s largest theater while maintaining comfortable seating and viewing angles for all guests. Whether in the balcony or on the floor level, guests won’t miss a thing on stage. The classical design and architecture provide an enchanted ambiance. State-of-the-art acoustics engulf the audience making them feel like they are a part of whatever is happening on stage. Most performances at the Eccles Center start around 7:30 pm making it easy to plan an entire evening with dinner and drinks afterward! All shows are general admission and tickets are $35. The Eccles Center can also be booked for private events.
Park City Institute & The Eccles Center
The Park City Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the arts and theater pursuits in Park City. The Park City Institute puts on five performances a year—Main Stage, Big Stars, Bright Nights Concert Series, Professors of Rock Live, and Locals Live. Most of these performances take place at the Eccles Center and provide great entertainment for the whole family. Main Stage, Bright Stars has featured some big names in the past 20 years including the Eagles, Dierks Bentley, Sarah Bareilles, Willie Nelson, BB King, and Etta James. Music buffs love the Professors of Rock as the series provides insight into some of the great rock songs of our era and the meaning behind them. The Professors of Rock series provides interviews and bios of legendary rock heroes. Kenny Loggins was just one of the most recent Professor of Rock Series guests and the audience enjoyed a memorable night. The Park City Chamber Music Society partnered with The Park City Institute to bring classical chamber music to the Eccles Center. The Main Stage brings a variety of talent and disciplines to audiences of the Eccles Center. While the Locals Live Event does not take place at the Eccles Center it is a great opportunity to hear some of the local Park City musicians.

The Eccles Center is just 5 minutes from downtown Park City making it easy to catch a show last minute. The center is conveniently located close to all the action making it easy to enjoy a full day on the mountain and a relaxing night at the theater. The center is located off Kearns Blvd and has plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops that provide for a fun night out on the town! Catch the bus to and from the theatre for easy and safe transportation.
