This hiking trail will take you to the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon and on a shade-filled journey with beautiful wildflowers and wildlife. What makes this hike incredible is Bloods Lake; after hiking, you can kick back, relax and swim in it.
Unfortunately, this trail is closed from November to April due partly to the increased risks of avalanches. This trail is considered family-friendly, but it is important to note that the trail’s end has a rocky steepness that could be challenging for some.
