With new buyers flocking to Park City, real estate in our gorgeous area remains at a premium. Fortunately, many new developments provide more opportunities for potential buyers.

The current inventory for single-family homes and condominiums is at record lows.
Some of the properties listed here are in the early stages of construction, so specific customizations may still be possible. Some offer quick completion dates–ideal if you want to move in before a particular time. However, it’s essential to keep in mind that due to the low inventory you must act quickly.

Park City & Snydersville

The Ascent

The Ascent is a full-service condo-hotel property located in the Canyons Village. This sleek, modern property offers 120 units near the Frostwood Gondola and offers ski-in/ski-out to Park City Mountain Resort.

White Pine Canyon Village

Located in the lower Canyons Village area of Park City Mountain Resort, White Pine Canyon Village offers a peaceful getaway in a quiet mountain cul-de-sac. A new development is coming soon to this property, with 30 White Pine Canyon Village townhomes, six twin-homes, two triplexes, three four-plexes, and four-plex penthouses expected.

Pendry

Opening winter of 2021, Pendry Park City will feature 7,300 acres of exceptional terrain paired with all of a luxury resort’s services, including a ski valet, Spa Pendry, fine dining, and a rooftop bar and pool. A modernist take on a traditional alpine lodge, the resort will feature 152 guest rooms and suites, ranging in size from studios to four-bedroom homes.

YOTELPAD Park City

Situated at the most extensive ski resort base in the United States, YOTELPAD Park City will feature 144 resort-style apartments. Located in Canyons Village, the apartments are within walking distance of the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express.

The Ridge at Canyons Village

The Ridge at Canyons Village is a new luxury townhome development in the Upper Canyons Village in Park City, Utah. The 44 mountain-contemporary townhomes offer approximately 2,600 to 3,600 square feet of living space with four and five bedrooms and a two-car garage.

King’s Crown

Located on the last development parcel off Lowell Avenue at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, Kings Crown Park City is a new ski-in/ ski-out development consisting of 27 homesites, 28 elegant condominiums, and seven luxury townhomes. Surrounded by protected open space, the properties will enjoy expansive Deer Valley or Park City Resort views.

Discovery Ridge

Discovery Ridge is a residential development that will feature many intended open natural spaces. The community will have 97 units, including 43 single-family homes and 44 townhomes, all with two-car garages. The area features select locations nestled into a serene wooded setting, with some located near a natural stream!

Silver Creek Village

Garbett Homes

Garbett Homes has introduced Park City’s first Zero Energy Ready townhome community in their Silver Creek Village master plan. They are offering an initial 26 townhomes with two, or three-bedroom home plans to choose from.

Hamlet Homes

Hamlet Homes has created The Ava in Silver Creek, a new modern and beautiful townhome explicitly designed for our Silver Creek Community. This townhome would make a wonderful primary home or vacation home – just waiting for the perfect family to spend time living and celebrating life!

Park City Heights

Park City Heights is a new community coming to Park City. Located across Kearns Boulevard from the Intermountain HealthCare Hospital and the National Ability Center, this recently developed community offers new homes within the highly desirable Park City School District a. Also, it provides easy access to the historic “Rail Trail,” miles of new and existing hiking and mountain bike trails. They will have 239 homes built within the neighborhood (211 single-family homes and 28 and townhomes).

Promontory

Promontory is a premiere property comprising 1600 lots on 6,400 acres. More than half the lots are already gone, with more than 600 homes have been built. Deer Valley

Argent

St. Regis – The Residences

Nestled high along the Deer Valley Resort slopes in the gated Deer Crest community, St. Regis will provide guests with serene privacy and easy access to the slopes. The resort features 177 custom-designed guest rooms, including 64 suites ranging from 500 to 2,500 square feet.

Jordanelle/Hideout

Black Rock Mountain Resort

The Black Rock Mountain Resort luxury condos will be a collection of 197 contemporary, new construction condominiums located next to the Black Rock Ridge development on highway 248.

Deer Waters Resort

Deer Waters Resort is a new community on the east-side of Jordanelle Reservoir – just minutes from the Park City limits. Deer Waters will consist of 112 townhomes featuring spectacular views of the lake and Deer Valley Resort, and the future Mayflower Resort.

Mayflower Lakeside Condos

Mayflower Lakeside is a community coming to the west-side of Jordanelle Reservoir. It will consist of a mix of twin townhomes and stacked condominiums adjacent to the Jordanelle State Park and Marina. Situated on 93 acres with over 65% designated as open space.

Deer Springs

Skyridge is a new community located at the northwest shore of Jordanelle Reservoir, at Deer Valley Resorts’ base. SkyRidge consists of 485 luxury home sites on approximately 670 acres of gently sloped terrain. Kamas

High Star Ranch

Located in Kamas, Utah–18 miles from Park City–Highstar Ranch features a unique idyllic rural ranch setting among modern luxury amenities. Red Ledges is a private 2,000 acre, four-season community located in the Heber Valley about 20 minutes from downtown Park City, Utah.
