The current inventory for single-family homes and condominiums is at record lows.
Some of the properties listed here are in the early stages of construction, so specific customizations may still be possible. Park City & Snydersville
The Ascent is a full-service condo-hotel property located in the Canyons Village. This sleek, modern property offers 120 units near the Frostwood Gondola and offers ski-in/ski-out to Park City Mountain Resort.
White Pine Canyon Village
Located in the lower Canyons Village area of Park City Mountain Resort, White Pine Canyon Village offers a peaceful getaway in a quiet mountain cul-de-sac. A new development is coming soon to this property, with 30 White Pine Canyon Village townhomes, six twin-homes, two triplexes, three four-plexes, and four-plex penthouses expected.
Opening winter of 2021, Pendry Park City will feature 7,300 acres of exceptional terrain paired with all of a luxury resort’s services, including a ski valet, Spa Pendry, fine dining, and a rooftop bar and pool. A modernist take on a traditional alpine lodge, the resort will feature 152 guest rooms and suites, ranging in size from studios to four-bedroom homes.
YOTELPAD Park City
Situated at the most extensive ski resort base in the United States, YOTELPAD Park City will feature 144 resort-style apartments. Located in Canyons Village, the apartments are within walking distance of the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express.
The Ridge at Canyons Village
The Ridge at Canyons Village is a new luxury townhome development in the Upper Canyons Village in Park City, Utah. The 44 mountain-contemporary townhomes offer approximately 2,600 to 3,600 square feet of living space with four and five bedrooms and a two-car garage.
Located on the last development parcel off Lowell Avenue at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, Kings Crown Park City is a new ski-in/ ski-out development consisting of 27 homesites, 28 elegant condominiums, and seven luxury townhomes. Silver Creek Village
Garbett Homes has introduced Park City’s first Zero Energy Ready townhome community in their Silver Creek Village master plan. They are offering an initial 26 townhomes with two, or three-bedroom home plans to choose from.

Park City Heights
Park City Heights is a new community coming to Park City. Located across Kearns Boulevard from the Intermountain HealthCare Hospital and the National Ability Center, this recently developed community offers new homes within the highly desirable Park City School District a. Also, it provides easy access to the historic “Rail Trail,” miles of new and existing hiking and mountain bike trails. The Black Rock Mountain Resort luxury condos will be a collection of 197 contemporary, new construction condominiums located next to the Black Rock Ridge development on highway 248.
Deer Waters Resort
Deer Waters Resort is a new community on the east-side of Jordanelle Reservoir – just minutes from the Park City limits. Deer Waters will consist of 112 townhomes featuring spectacular views of the lake and Deer Valley Resort, and the future Mayflower Resort.
Mayflower Lakeside Condos
Mayflower Lakeside is a community coming to the west-side of Jordanelle Reservoir. It will consist of a mix of twin townhomes and stacked condominiums adjacent to the Jordanelle State Park and Marina. Situated on 93 acres with over 65% designated as open space.
